The Forever Pink Foundation, Inc. scholarships are achievement-based awards in support of scholars who have made remarkable achievements in the pursuit of education advancement.
The Charletta Wilson Jacks Innovator & Trailblazer Award, in honor of the first elected Forever Pink Foundation President – Charletta Wilson Jacks, seeks to recognize the remarkable difference and impact a student has made in the areas of leadership, service, and creativity while excelling in their academic achievements.
Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:
- High School Senior
- Official Transcript with 3.5 grade point average or higher
- Proof as an enrolled, full-time student at an accredited college or university
- (1) letter of recommendation (e.g. school counselor/school teacher, church member or community leader)
- (1) Academic or Community Service Resume
Do others look to you for direction, inspiration, and advice? Eligible students are asked to submit a 500-word essay on the following topic:
What makes you a dynamic and exceptional leader and what difference will you and your leadership skills make in the 21st century?
